This is a custom build for a lamppost mounted solar power solution. 

The Peplink BR1 4G router in the centre enclosure is powered by an AC mains power supply from the lamppost (left enclosure) and the batteries installed at the base of the lamppost in a vandal proof metal enclosure. 

It was for a customer in Australia so a lot of attention was paid to  temperature controlled active cooling of all enclosures.
